Wind would a big factor and of course waves when trying this.. i bet you wait for calmest time if at all posssible.. wonder what it would like with a storm.. might not want to film it would be pretty chaotic i am sure.

Cool video, but I'd call it "stowing the tender", "recovering the tender" sounds like something bad happened. Operating the crane with the remote joysticks looks so cool!

OK, gloves, hardhat, working boots..... That is 3 safety violations a piece just to get a small boat back on the ship.... And a waste of time, assuming good wheater that is a one person job.
