Olive oil 3 tbspn
lemon juice 1.5 Tbspn
1/4 Tspn Black pepper powder
2 Tbspn fine Bulgur wheat . do not use coarse variety.
1.5 packed cups of CURLY Parsley. if u do not get then use flat leaf parsley.
1 firm tomato DESEEDED and finely chopped
1 Green/ Spring onion both parts green and white finely chopped
2 Tbspn fresh Mint leaves finely chopped
Whisk lemonjuice , olive oil and salt + Black pepper till well combined.. add in bulgur wheat . let it sit for 30 minutes.
mean while finely chopped all ingredients. mix everything well ,transfer soaked bulgur wheat. top it up with chopped tomatoes and lemon slices
Tips
If u do not deseed tomatoes just transfer to colander to get rid of liquid.
use FINE VARIETY Bulgur wheat.
Mix everything few minutes before serving.
do not use food processor.
for good results once u pluck and wash parsley let it dry overnight or 4-5 hours
serve chilled or room temperature
