As much as I love a good “200 years” joke, this champ actually doesn’t seem that bad. I mean, broken down, her Q is basically Ashe Q but the active gives you Aphelios’ AOE gun effect (not entirely but close enough) instead of the multihit thing Ashe has. I genuinely think that, if balanced properly numberwise, this might be the most fair champ Riot has made in a good while, at least on terms of readability. Jury’s obviously still out on what the live release will be like, but I’m cautiously optimistic

Actually after taking a second to read it its pretty simple imo.
You do on hit damage. You gain stacks on hit, lose stakcs out of combat (renektons passive is more complicated than this)
Activate using the stacks. 5 second attackspeed+on hit buff+runans like effect.
The rest are really nitty gritty things about how exactly the runans effect works with on hits and crits. The actual ability minus some minor fluff of her "unleashing her innner potential" is 3 sentences.

I personally think it's not bad when a champ has an extended passive as long as it's unique and interesting, a bad example would be AKSHAN, his passive is a Bible, but the boring shit is literally a fucking 3 hit passive and thats it, for the other Hand, Jhins passive, it's really long and detailed but it's simple to understand and nothing In the game feels like it
