As someone that has a history of passing out, that was 100% fake. No doubt in my mind. The eyes slowly close and face slowly lowers into a "unfortunately placed" pile of messy food. There is no muscle control when you pass out, you hit everything hard on the way down. And of course it is her doing it, the NPC trend died off so she's trying to drum up any type of coverage to make some money again. Pathetic.

Yeah I've only recently passed out for the first time, doesn't look like that lmaooo. Personally, I looked like the gif of Lahey from trailer park boys getting out of the trailer whilst drunk. Slammed into objects three times before hitting the ground lmao losing control of your body isn't graceful.
