Well, you give the zombies two categories, but neglect to consider that "the robot apocalypse" wouldn't necessarily be Terminators and could be easily taken out with an EMP attack or even just strong magnets.

For the slow zombies:
There are some zombies that NOTHING destroys them. Some can learn to use tools and be smarter.
For the fast zombies:
Train to Busan, WWZ, Dawn of the Dead (04). 28 Days/Weeks Later.

Assuming that things like bugs can't spread the disease, then zombies (depending on the movie or game) would be much more survivable than a robot uprising considering the difference in intelligence and strength

I think a big thing that isn't spoken on is that, if it were robots, they would likely be able to upgrade themselves over time. Zombies degrade, while robots upgrade.. The only thing that makes me question it is the slow death of zombies vs. a robot blasting me in the head and it basically being painless.

Fully depends on context, current world with zero prep; zombies for sure. A future where Terminators exist but you have plasma guns. It’s a toss up.
