I tried the zero sugars a few times and the bloat is terrible!! Not worth! I recommend a variety of teas! Green tea is my go too.

I mostly drink water and raw milk only. However, a couple of days in a month I drink green tea and milk tea.

This carnivore drinks electrolyte drinks (LMNT), Swiss water decaf with heavy cream and butter, a hot chocolate collagen mix, bone broth, raw milk, fresh coconut water (stick a stainless steel straw in one of the eyes), and plain water with a pinch of Redman’s salt.
Before carnivore, I was drinking southern sweet tea, soda’s, fruit juices, Jack and cokes, wine, and TONS of kale and spinach smoothies.
I feel 100x better switching to my (modified) carnivore lifestyle.

I drink black coffee with whipping heavy cream, butter, and mct oil. My blood doesn't spike at all and help me fasting longer
