They could have just given him the robot arm that has a stud attachment on the end of it and called it a day for Echo. It would be fairly screen accurate and would give a lot of potential for customising it when doing displays by adding different ends to it to represent different tips

Funny thing is lego has a robot minifig arm it was on a monster hunter fig in that series with the ghost train and those weird crystal shards with spooky logos
