Quick and Delicious Chicken Recipe 🍗👩🏼‍🍳

Ingredients:

➡️ 400 gm chicken (476 cal)
➡️ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (4cal)
➡️ 2 tsp of chili powder (6cal)
➡️ 2 1/2 tsp coriander powder (13 cal)
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 1/2 lemon, juiced
➡️ 1 tsp coconut oil (30 cal)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients well and set aside to marinate.
2. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp coconut oil.
3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and pour in 1 cup of water.
4. Stir well, cover, and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat. Your delicious chicken is ready!

Garnish with coriander or curry leaves and enjoy with rice or chapati! 🌿🍛
