Threatening harm is illegal regardless of a person’s gender identity. What is the legal stance on a transgender individual who openly threatens and challenges the use of a women’s restroom, and goes as far as threatening harm to anyone who tries to intervene? What does the law say about this?

One of my major concerns is that transgender individuals who exhibit vulgarity, aggression, and make threats towards society should not have access to female bathrooms, regardless of their gender identification. It is crucial to ensure that our daughters can safely use these facilities without the risk of encountering individuals who exhibit such disgusting behavior and to prevent any unpleasant encounters with transgender individuals who may be suffering from mental illness.

It is unjust that a law-abiding father who seeks to protect his daughters from mentally unstable perpetrators may face legal consequences. The government should take a firm stance on ensuring the safety of females from disturbing individuals, and it is essential to address the issue of legal repercussions for those who prioritize the well-being of their loved ones.

As someone who believes in upholding the law, I feel it is within my rights to speak out against the disturbing and harmful actions of individuals who are causing chaos and infringing on the freedom and safety of our daughters.
