Just to explain some things so people don't get angry.
Kellerman was a soldier in the 2nd and 75th ranger battalion which in itself is considered an elite and hard core unit. He served in the gulf war and eventually became a special forces operator. He is >>> average soldier who already possseses H2H training, is expected to tank concussions etc. He then joined the academy which basically taught him to be a killer, he is one out of profession and this can be evidenced by the way he attempted to choke Lincoln to death, his gun handeling and no remorse or regret. Brian hasn't shown anything that could even compare to this.
