60% is a really generous discount. I do hope tho, that you’re not selling the ones with broken mirrors, because I would be a bit iffy on if there might be some glass shards lurking in there (even with the plastic protective sheet covering the shadows).

Ive had my eye on one of these palettes for a while, and went ahead and purchased one of the broken ones as well as another product or two in the store ive been waiting for you to restock 😊 while i think you couldve gone for less of a discount on the broken palettes, i think it's incredibly generous of you to do so, and its great that youre trying to keep from wasting as few products as you can while keeping your customers safe and happy (by not selling any of the ones with broken mirrors and whatnot). Milton really affected a lot of businesses here in Florida, both directly and indirectly, and it's terrible what it did to your priducts during shipping

It's worth a lot of money, but I just hope that you could still sell them even though they are damaged.
Not to mention, I hope that some people still want to buy them. Especially on discount.

They’re useable so I don’t see what’s wrong if the mirrors broken or the pallets a bit messy that’s what cotton buds are for so even if they are 60% off I guarantee they’ll sell because that’s a beautiful pallet

Yeah, for girlies waiting to get the broken ones, it is messy but possible, I bought my palette recently and I assume the shipping was bumpy too and two of the shades where broken, but I sprayed a bit of alcohol and used a flat object to press the eyeshadow back into the pot and it worked. Of course, I don't take the palette out just in case, but it is possible to fix it

Ya know… I’m not really into eyeshadow— I discovered it’s just not really my friend…. But those colors are very pretty, I like your makeup, and it IS on sale…… so I might just snag one if they don’t sell too quick. I like that you still sell the damaged products, it’s better than just tossing them out. Sorry they got messed up tho. ❤

I think the ones without broken mirrors should be okay (at least for a discounted price), of course mirrors pose a risk (tiny shards of glass can get in and you don’t want any glass pieces near your hands or eyes) !

I hope she doesn't get sold out on the Diamond of all Seasons pallete. I gotta wait four weeks until I get paid enough to pay 35$ for the product. It looks amazing though, I can't wait! ❤

Without mixing the colors, add some isopropyl alcohol (half a cap or so) mix it a bit with a brush to form a paste and press flat. Cover and press lightly with paper towel to blot extra moisture and let sit for a couple of hours. This might change the texture, although it shouldn't affect the pigment. You can also get a set of little product cups and put the crushed up product in that as powdered eyeshadow instead.

aww 😭 so sorry they broke :( hurricane milton was super rough and i don’t even live around the area. i’m gonna buy a couple of items in shop (and this palette). i’ve been convincing my mother to let me purchase a few small business makeup items and i think it’s working, lol
