Inari Bombs/Sushi Bombs from Konohiki Seafood were one of my favorite things I ate earlier this year during my Kauai trip. I love the sweet and savory tofu skin stuffed with sushi rice and my favorite sushi filling ingredients. It’s super addicting and I ate it all day every day during my Kauai trip.
I was browsing through the frozen section of 99 Ranch and was so excited to find Seasoned Fried Bean Curd/ Ajitsuke Inari Age. I knew I had to get it and recreate one of my favorite bites from Kauai.
For my Inari Bombs, I stuffed it with a salmon crab mixture and store-bought poke. I drizzled with some classic sushi roll sauces and these Inari bombs instantaneously brought me back to Poipu Beach watching the sea turtles swim
to the shore and relax while the girls snorkeled and saw so many cool fishies. Aloha vibes all day! I can’t wait to stock up on these next time I hit up 99 Ranch so I can make these anytime.
