還好我29歲早早就買房，雖然沒有父母幫忙，但當年還沒有實價登錄，用幾乎0頭款買的
如果是40歲才買，應該也買不起了，這十年的漲幅+實價登錄，手上沒準備個1-200萬頭款根本太難

在台北的5、6年級生幾乎都是20幾歲買房 7年級生如果地點比較偏的（林三淡）也可以在20幾歲買 。而現在我的孩子們8年級生 9年級生 因為高房價 通膨嚴重 想買房沒有父母的資助 真的很難。。從民國98年後房價一直飆漲 ，當時我們剛又買一間新房 看到房價越來越高 我心情越來越差 因為當時孩子們還小 我只覺得他們將來真的會很辛苦⋯⋯我只希望準備好所有孩子們的房產跟保險，不要因為買房跟繳保費犧牲大半的人生快樂時光！
