Kale is awesome! PRO-TIP: Is kale too bitter for you? How about too tough? Massage it!
Rinse it, pop it in a large bowl, and roughly massage the leaves of kale. It will get juicy, and the cell wall of the leaves will break down!
Massage it with spices, seasonings, or even maple syrup if it's going in a green smoothie. Since I learned this trick, it's now a staple in my house. <3

cuhz has bars man fasho. but yeah, Kale is awesome! to be fair, it takes getting used to, the taste is really strong. but don't let that put you off, the best way to eat Kale is with other foods, in my opinion, in burritos, salad mixes, burgers, sandwiches, with ur stir fry, anything where the taste (if you don't love it) is overwhelming. thank u Macka B, i love you
