Make sure to check out my recent video if you want to know more about hair oiling and how to transform your damaged hair (linked in the video) This is how I used Hair Oil to Reverse Damage👇 1. Stayed consistent with my hair care routine and religiously applied oil on my scalp. 2. I used coconut oil and sesame seed oil, but argan oil, jojoba oil, or castor oil are also very effective. 3. I applied 1-2 palmfuls of oil to my scalp and applied the rest along the ends of my hair to keep them hydrated. 4. I made sure to massage my scalp for a few minutes to stimulate the hair follicles, which can help promote hair growth and volume. I left it on my scalp for 1-2 hours.
