＜材料（2人分）＞
ホットケーキミックス 75g
豆腐（絹） 75g
ベーコン 1枚
ピザ用チーズ 適量
溶けるタイプのチーズ 1枚
サラダ菜 2枚
サラダ油 適量
＜作り方＞
1．ベーコンは1cm角に切る。
2．豆腐をボウルに入れて崩し、ベーコン、ホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜる。
3．フライパンにサラダ油を引いて2の半量を流し、スライスチーズをのせ、残りの2を水でぬらした手で覆い、ピザ用チーズをたっぷり散らす。※中まで火が通るように生地は薄くのばす。
4．蓋をして弱火から中火で3分焼き、こんがりしたら裏返して3分焼いて中まで火を通す。
5．食べやすい大きさに切って器にサラダ菜と共に盛る。
