I like the natural. Your trays and such will give you color. Lake shore chairs last forever. You would not need to worry about any color change in the future. You could be creative and use any color you would like. If I went with a color it would be Lakeshore blue. The two on the end look cheap.

I have 3 mismatched tables in a classroom I inherited in 2018 but what appear to be Kaplan chairs (like the one with the thin legs you showed) I have enough that I can put 4 green at my large round, 5 blue at my rectangle and 3 yellow and 1 red (messes with my desire to have all yellow) at my newest small round. Working at a non profit with no real furniture budget, if I could replace tomorrow, I still would get natural tops and mixed color chairs so each table could have the same color for the number of seats I need at that table. In the Kaplan style.

I trust the Lakeshore brand, they tend to hold up well and you could order replacements years later and the colors don't tend to change.
The Kaplan ones look about the same. The chunky chair does look more sturdy if you think you might have parents/ other adults use the chairs. (As a visiting story time librarian, I have sat in many preschool chairs. I don't know the brands though, mostly sturdy wooden chairs with the h style frame, not the x style frame most of those are. I have had x style wooden preschool chairs at my library, and they started collapsing under parents about 10 years in, but they were 80 lb capacity - adults were not expected to sit in them.)
I love a good red pop of color, but that red chair looks low-quality.
Do they feel sturdy IRL? What is the listed weight limit? How well do they slide on your carpet? Do you want colors that match your bins and trays, are you going for all one color or multiple colors? Things to think about.

At first, I thought the tan to match the table color, but it will show every fingerprint (food or paint, etc.). I have a set that came in a variety of colors. I'd say the blue are more calming. The red is jarring to look at. In a room, the red grabs your eye and you have trouble seeing much else. I set my red ones at the sensory/playdough table.

I think using the natural colored chairs would make the table much too muted, and using blue would be too loud in the room, there is already a lot of that primary blue going on already. Red chairs would clash with your already completely red table and chair against the wall, so that's also out for me. From my perspective, the green chairs stand out the most to me as appealing. I think it ties into the big floor rug and I like that. For the style of chair, definitely the chairs that have similar legs to the table, I like the cohesion of that. But it's all up to you! It's so cool to see you building a classroom from the ground up completely from scratch. Truly a dream come true!!

At our preschool, we use wood chairs that match the wood table. I think that looks best, but if not that I would go with the natural color since your classroom has lots of color already.
