While hanging has its benefits, we should also make sure to consider its counterpart, the overhead press. There's a special significance in honing your practice in activating the precise muscles needed for a successful overhead press.

My sister saw me watching this, and has now subscribed to your channel. She is not interested in fitness.

I was pretty muscled up when I first tried hanging leg raises. I was astonished at the little lack of control I had over my core. Better to learn late than never.

Ah. I love this guy's communication and expression abilities. Facial expressions, eyes, tone, vocal fluctuations. So welcoming and light. Awesome info and presentation dude

I actually didn’t hear countless people tell me how it’s good for my body. But I have now and I’m all for it.

Legit thanks for these videos bro and thanks for making them simple for beginners and going slow. 1% of us are on your level and many of us work at a desk and are trying to get into being fit again, even just stretchy and not aching. Keep up the good work

I did not know that El Estepario Siberiano had a fitness channel along with his drumming channel. That tells you that you can be great at multiple things.

So important to learn how to engage the lats.. the lifestyle we live today definitely goes against our natural build and makes us not use our lats and thus causes major injuries to our bodies in ways we don’t realize until it’s too late 😅😅

Yes we must do it because there are not many times we lift things over our heads in life. Little each day.
