Ya había compartido una salsa similar, pero esta vez pelé los chiles güeritos, siguiendo el consejo de mi tía José Ángel.
Ingredientes:
8-10 chile caribe
1cdta ajo en polvo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
5 limones
Tatema los chiles. Después de reposarlos en una bolsa o traste, pélalos y agrega a una licuadora. Quita las semillas si así lo deseas. Agrega el ajo en polvo, sal, pimienta y mucho jugo de limón.

Ingredients:
8-10 caribe peppers
1tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
5 limes
Roast the peppers. Let them rest in a container or bag. Peel them and place them in a blender cup. Seed them if you’d like. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, and the juice of the limes.
