I remember this is a Korean movie. I only remember monsters from some space appeared and killed a person (that person was chosen by them, no matter how much they protected or did, they would chase until the end when the chosen person died) and this video is the child they chose, the child's parents had no way to save the child so they both hugged the child and after the monster attacked, both of them died but the child luckily survived.

This is completely not what happened in the series
What actually happened was, suddenly a paranormal event started happening in the world where a face appears to a person, tell them they are going to die, then monsters come out of nowhere some days later and kills that person.
So naturally some people make a religion/cult out of this, saying those people were sinners punished by god, the people making that cult used it to gain and hold power.
Then the face appeared to a baby, the rebels decided that streaming the babies death can show that the cult is wrong.
However the parents couldnt watch their baby die and protecting that baby with their own body, then the monsters were trying to burn the baby with their hand heat rays, it hit the parents instead, so the baby survived and the parents died, sacrificing their life for their child.
Edit: Supposidely they changed that in season 2, and the baby was actually given back. Havent watched season 2 so I cant say for certain but I might be wrong
