Ingredients:
Idli Rava/ Rice Rava - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2 to 1 chopped
Ginger - 1tbsp chopped
Green chilly - 2 chopped
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp chopped
Wash Idli rava 2 times and strain the water. In a mixer grinder, add idli rava & curd. Make a batter. Add required salt. Mix all the other chopped ingredients to the batter. The batter should be loose, so add more water till it becomes a thin batter. Mix well continuously.
In a dosa tawa, pour the batter, first from outside and then pour it inside. Spread oil or ghee & roast it well. Your Crispy Idli Rava Dosa is ready. It will go along with Palakkadan Ulli Chammanthi & Idli podi.
