I think dungeness has a sweet sort of nutty flavor that you don't get in other crab. Definitely stands out, but in a good way.

Try this over fresh spinach and beet greens. Use Neoplolitian herb based Balsamic vinegar and Grape Seed oil ( neutral flavor and great for your brain). So good.

I had dungee for the first time while in Alaska last August, and being from Minnesota it was such a treat to sit and eat fresh seafood. It was all you can eat and I sat for over an hour with another guy and polished off like eight crabs. This video reminded me of that wonderful day, so thanks.
