Good video. However, imho nobody will change from MS to Odoo because the invoicing process is seconds faster. It is all about a business partner on which rely blindly on, and not just about the software. It is software, outstanding customer support, quality services, great and trustworthy partners, timely and precise pre-sales and post-sales. Quality, trust, ethics and predictability are the key factors, in addition to a great software

Honestly who are you trying to convince here?
No one care about speed of invoicing so what if it takes 2 min more. What I care about is security of the invoicing. Does Odoo follow ISO27000? Is there any price control? what are the inventory department going to do when i ship the invoice. Is there a separation between departments? who approves what?

The problem is, dynamic 365 can do service-based pricing and invoicing with a lot of type of pricing like surcharge, x-price by unit, etc and make it to be one service price. While odoo is more to product-based pricing. I know odoo can do service-based too but it is more hard to tweak than dynamic 365. So not just who make the fastest invoice, but how to fulfill the company requirements. This is just my experience after using both services.
