In my opinion I don't think he has the power to fight at 140. Is to much for him. Matias, pitbull, teofimo, zepeda, Ramirez ,paro, also the european guys, like hergeshev,and so on. Dont get me wrong i like tank but he doesn't have what it takes for the top fighters at 140.
