For this bowl of salad, you’ll need:
3 bunches of Verdolaga, leaves picked, washed and relatively dry.
3 Persian cucumbers
1/2 large avocado
1 cup baby tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced red onion
For the dressing:
1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Remove the leaves by hand, wash in 2 tbsp of vinegar and 1 tbsp salt. Rinse well and place on a kitchen paper towel to dry. Then place the leaves I. A clean bowl, add your chopped vegetables. Season with salt, sumac, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix well and enjoy!
