Steps I took to get a perfect tension:
1. I used the Belt tuner app to get the same frequency (very difficult because most of the time I got no reading)
2. I test the alignment by squeezing the CoreXY Front Left and the X-axis on either side and tighten/untighten the tensioning screws slightly (then move the X-axis assembly back and all the way to the front) and test the alignment again on both sides (there should be no play between the parts.
3. Repeated steps 1 and 2 until I got the same frequency AND no play between the parts. My frequency was 80 Hz.
4. Printed the homing tower and tighten the tensioning screws both with the same amount (half turn; 180 degrees) and direction until the walls had a smooth finish. Then I untightened both tensioning screws 45 degrees and checked the smooth finish (it degraded). Then I tightened both tensioning screws 22.5 (half of 45) degrees and the smooth finish was back. My frequency is now 84 Hz.

So Why prusa has 100hz Belt tension when you get the Printer and the App Said you Need 80hz? With 80hz i have Play in the Head. Only with 110hz its good.

So i tested it. I only have at 130hz no Play when the head is in Front and i push the corexy together. Or is it wrong? Where i have to search for the Play ?
