As someone that has had terrible social anxiety for basically my whole life, the only way I started feeling comfortable in social situations is literally to laugh off the awkwardness. I realized most people don't care or pay attention anyways. And if they do laugh, theyre usually laughing with you! Plus pointing out the awkward is a good way to make things actually awkward 😭

It's very sad that some children get yelled at or beaten for spilling things on accident or small things like this. Some people don't need or deserve to be parents over NOBODY! If you have major anger issues, don't be no one's parent (sorry if you think this is unrelated to the vid but it needed to be said)
