You should definitely try this, either as an appetizer or as a main meal.

1 medium sized potato
2 tablespoons of olive oil

🥣 Mix all the ingredients on the baking tray, bake in the oven at 200° for about 30-35 minutes.

Quarter lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
🥣 Grate the cucumber and squeeze its juice, chop the dill finely and mix it with the other ingredients.
🥣 Add the dill yoghurt to a plate and add the baked chickpeas and potatoes on top. If you wish, you can add dill and olive oil.
