Copying my previous reply. This was my experience with ACV rinse, no bs. As a male with mid to long hair that has thin, flat, and fine hair to the point, you can see my scalp, and my hairline was receding. A while back, a friends gf told me about the apple cidar vinegar rinse with 1 part ACV and 3 parts water in a spray bottle. And to massage it into my scalp every other day, and too put one of those cap things women wear (idk what the name of it is) and leave the acv mixture in my hair overnight while I slept, and wash it out the next morning since my hair is naturally oily and gets greasy easily. Everywhere I read, especially online, said it'll damage my hair or it'll fall out (ngl, there was light shedding at first) and that I should rinse it out after 5 to 15 minutes and never leave it in. But I was going to go bald regardless, so I didn't care.
Fast forward to a year later, my hairline isn't receding (I regrew my hairline back), and all my hair is thick and full. I can't see the scalp anymore at all, and I have volume. Women constantly comment how they wish they had hair like mine now, but I don't do anything for up keep besides the acv mixture (I literally wake up like this, aka flawless as they say😅) I'm not gay but women be confused af why my hair so damn luscious. Acv is the goat

Don’t use ACV in your hair for any longer than 4 minutes ladies (& gents)! Trust me I learned the hard way. It’ll literally eat through your hair. Make sure to dilute it properly— 1 TEAspoon to every 8 oz/cup. Rinse it completely out once those 4 min are up.. Thank me later.
