As a FedEx delivery driver you have no idea how much this means to us. It can get very overwhelming and frustrating working in 100 degree weather and working in a hot box while delivering 100+lbs packages, so when customers do something like this it honestly keeps you going through the day. It doesnāt even have to be anything fancy either, even if itās just putting out water bottles. So to anyone who puts in any thought like this with their delivery drivers, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We see it, and we deeply appreciate any small or grand gesture ā¤ā¤

And people who work outside love you for this. As a woman who worked many years outdoors for the electric company in NYC, I canāt tell you how much i appreciated the customers who would give me ice water on hot days or hand warmers on freezing days. Or tips for the holidays. I remember an old Asian customer that didnāt speak English but let me use her bathroom in her garage every month. I couldnāt thank her enough. God sent.

My husband is a garbage truck driver and I work in the office. The drivers are so grateful to the few people who leave them a drink or a snack on their can, or a tip during the holidays. My Great Grandpa was a mailman with 6 kids and a wife disabled with polio, their family was able to survive in part from the wonderful gifts from the homes on his route. A carton of eggs here, a loaf of bread there, etc.

Put Chocolate in fridge š« Even when heat isnāt much of a factor indoors, I still store my Reeseās in the fridge. Itās better that way anyway & stays fresher! Soo good. Nice refreshments

This is a wonderful gesture. I love the concept. I've always been the type of person who wants to do nice things for drivers. Too bad I hate my drivers. Most of them are horrible. Amazon drivers are the worst. I live in a beautiful residential area. All (not most but all) our addresses are clearly marked yet we all get misdeliveries out the wazoo. Yeah yeah blame it on the heat, the cold, overworked, underpaid, overwhelmed, stressed out, incompetent, personal problems, etc...what does any of that have to do with my deliveries? I politely asked one amazon driver why did he deliver my pkg to the house next door. You know what he said? "My gps told me that was your house". So yall dont even LOOK at the house numbers anymore?! Wow!! Shout out to the good drivers. Whoever you are and wherever you are!

I worked as a UPS delivery driver and these kinds of gestures literally made my whole dayā¦some days it made me cry and really truly gave me hope in peopleās kindness and refreshed my spirits on hard days!!!!
