Por mi.experiencia cocinando. Esta es la receta
Sofrian 2 dientes de ajo, 2 hojas de salvia, 300 gramos de espinaca, agreguen 50 ml agua
En la batidora o licuadora pongan esta mezcla, 150 grs de ricota, un poquito de ralladura de limon, hojas de albahaca, otros 50 ml agua. Regresen la mezcla al sarten con 2 cdas de mantequilla y un poco de vino blanco y cocinen un poco mas.
Mientras tanto cocinen la pasta y agreguenla a la salsa.
Sofrian miga de pan en aceite de oliva.
Sirvan la pasta con la miga y parmesano. 😊
