The snake plant - I grew up with it being called a Mother-in-law's tongue . My grandmother had a green thumb. The plant was always a good joke at get together. πŸ˜…β€ Good thing she had a great sense of humor

I love all your videos Dustin, but seeing your pup resting peacefully on your sofa squashed my heart with joy. Makes me want to run over and hug him tight. ❀

I took a picture of my black cat and I was told she is an American black bear. Now I know why she has an attitude.πŸ˜‚

Yep!!! Plants, animals, laundry!!! That camera is teaching us all kinds of things lol! πŸ˜‚ I took a picture of these cute cows that I always go and visit when I’m on my walks and the camera did this BUT for the animals!! All of a sudden a paw print 🐾 appeared on the cow in the photo and what do you know…tap that info icon and it told me what type of cow they are etc! Soooo coo

Yes, you can touch poison ivy. You wouldn't want to, tho. It should be called, Should I Touch It?

Google Lens is an example of new tech that "sorta" works. There's a lot that sort of thing out there. What it will do is it will locate other pictures that kinda-sorta-maybe look like what you took a picture of... which is likely a pretty vague plant since a lot of plants have vague aspects. It will rarely zero in on precisely the correct one unless it's something like a Venus Fly Trap. NEVER USE with mushrooms in the wild!

I worked with some good old country boys who grew up in Bluefield Virginia- they told me when they were infants their parents rolled them- their whole body in fields of poison ivy one day, they got it real bad that one time and then they never got it again in their entire life. Their- entire- life. They're in their 70's now.

I can't figure out whether he's trashing or endorsing it. He complains about paying for it but then demonstrates how useful it is.

I wish we had this back in thr early 2000's would have made my woody plants courses and labs much easier. I literally clipped the plants i studied and kept them in solo cups with water while I studied them... I could have just used this and walked around an arboretum. Some of the clippings rooted so I did contribute back.
