The flue manifold top seal looked as if it needed replacing.. Ive had a few spilling POC and can cause a whistling noise on logics

Good work. Why these ideal boiler leak CO around heat exchanger gasket even after new gasket? Have u ever found CO after service ? And do u replace fan gasket after strip down service?

Best thing I learnt when flushing these heat exchangers is put the sump seal/screws back on so it doesn't overflow into the boiler
