Take small seperate tank(you can take bucket as well) and add 50% of aquarium water and 50% of normal water, do give airtion(oxygen)
Put General Aid, Anti Ich, Anti Chlorine all are available in pet shops.
Keep the wounded fish for isolation for couple of days, keep a check on it on regular basis. Feed normal pellets and granules.
