Those are very interesting to get put in and lay with fully awake. They don't hurt, fit perfectly on top of the tounge. They slide around pretty easily but it feels impossible to get it further down. They doesn't put uncomfortable pressure anywhere.
Swallowing will make spit enter the OPA tube instead of going down the stomach. Also swallowing won't force the OPA out, but keep it placed correctly. (NPA's will get pushed out by swallowing)
If we ignore the gag reflex they are amazing. And just a tip from a figurent: if a figurent is between 2 sizes, choose the smaller one. Those sre more comfortable. And for the figurent, lay with the opening pointing down. Thst way spit will come out of the tube. The hole is large enough for you not to inhale too much spit but just let it flow out

How should you store them? Should you keep them individually, wrapped for sterile purposes and if so, wouldn’t that make it hard to size them?
