Inspirational!
I need to sort through my fasteners & tools one day to justify the space they take to the lady boss, but each screwdriver has its own use.
Locks are just to keep honest folk honest. I can’t believe you keep tumbler pins & love that you retained the documentation & even date your work, even if it’s an air filter.

Great video! For nomenclature on mortise cylinders the actuation piece on the end is called a "cam" the original was a Yale/Standard cam and the one you replaced it with was an Adams Rite cam. Keep up the good work.

As a former locksmith I do have a question, is there any particular reason why the shim was left in with the follower?
It's something I have never done so I'm curious if you have a technique that I do not know.

You should really have a rotating collar that covers the lock cylinder so someone can't use a pair of channel locks to grab it and pop the set screw, unscrew mortise cylinder and use your finger to unlock the door.... I can break in there in under 2 minutes
