For me the only way is to be kind to them , irrespective of how high their temper is... Being a cabin crew will require a lot of patience to actually handle everyone in the kindest and most helpful way possible.. The only way is to calm yourself first and understand the passengers obligations or doubts and reply to them and provide wtv resource possible on the board

I like my job than I don't feel stressed in that job because I fully enjoyed there and and how I deal with the passengers is in the pressure situation is don't get panic and slove the all problems with calm and a smile
