Un cuisson vapeur au #vitaliseurdemarion 19 minutes pour les pommes de terre, 15 minutes pour les haricots et 5 minutes pour des œufs mollets. On ajoute des crudités une bonne sauce à base d’huile d’olive, jus de citron, Kelpamar, moutarde Quelques graines de sésame toastees Et le tour est joué pour ce midi! @vitaliseurdemarion
