Poison ivy is native to North America, not invasive. Goats are invasive. Poison ivy is a native weed.
"Invasive species" means a non-native species that arrived at an area as a direct result of human activities.
If an animal changes its territory on its own, or could have, without humans, it is not invasive.
For example, the Egyptian Goose is a non-native resident of Florida. It is not an invasive species. If these geese should poop seeds of African plants in Florida, that would be natural seed dispersion.

Interesting way to manage it. Surprised that their systems can manage the urushiol. Would be interesting to see if their systems break it down or passes it through.
