This is coming from someone who didn’t really watch a lot of Anime outside of Dragon Ball kaiju number eight is a legitimately good fucking series granted I have not watched as of late due to being busy but it’s really a unique show and it gets a lot of unnecessary. Hate if you look at it from a perspective of just looking for a cool show to pass the time it’s 10 out of 10. I don’t know if it’s the best anime of all time but it’s not bad either

So far I’ve only heard positive things from Kaiju no.8 and I’ve also watched like 6 episodes so far but I’m with you if they fix the problems the manga had this could be a wildly successful series only time will tell

Out of all the valid complaints about the series this is just the most Walmart tier. This was just 10 releases when they took nearly a month off.

They already fucked up. The scene where he jumps out of the hospital in front of the moon with the giant dead kaiju in the background after he first gets his powers is terribly adapted in the anime. It went soooo much harder in the manga. It was on par with the Itachi and Night Raid and Shadow( The Eminence in Shadow) moon scenes. I'm sure that there's other moon scenes that are similar, I just can't think of them.
The scene where he kills his first kaiju and makes it rain blood is kinda in the same boat as well.
It also takes time to write good manga, and sometimes people need to take breaks because they have lives outside of writing their manga. The manga has been going for 4 years if I'm remembering correctly, and I didn't hear about it until the anime release was announced. I understand some people have been reading it since day one, and they have the right to complain, but the majority of people are just jumping into the series. If you don't binge the manga, there's a good amount to read at this point. I would get it if it was a reoccurring issue, but if it's not, then why is it a complaint? Boruto TBV is monthly, and Kishimoto has been cooking. Sometimes good stories take a long time.

Don't let these comments discourage you from speaking out your manga/anime takes. There will always be a bunch of comments about how your take is wrong and how this is their favorite manga/anime of all time, but in truth they only watch manga/anime once a year and do not realize how bad it is compared to really well written ones.
