Pork Sinuglaw Recipe
Ingredients:

For the Pork Marinade:

400g pork belly, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
Juice of 2-3 kalamansi (or 1 lime as a substitute)
1 tbsp banana ketchup
For the Vinegar Sauce:

1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
1 tsp sugar
Vegetables:

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small radish, thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Steps:
Marinate the Pork:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, kalamansi juice, and banana ketchup.
Add the pork belly, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes for the flavors to absorb.
Grill the Pork:

Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.
Grill the marinated pork until it’s cooked through and slightly charred, around 5-7 minutes per side.
Once done, set the pork aside to rest and cool.
Prepare the Vinegar Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, MSG (if using), and sugar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Slice the Vegetables:

Thinly slice the cucumber, radish, and red onion. Set aside.
Combine Everything:

Once the pork has cooled, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the grilled pork, vinegar sauce, and sliced vegetables. Toss everything together until well-coated.
