Hi Deana, I'm a bit older than you and I live WAY north of you (Montreal Canada) where CW music isn't terribly popular but I grew up in a rural area away from the big cities so when I first stumbled across the first two videos I saw of yours ("Strawberry Wine" and "We Danced Anyway"), both resonated heavily in my mind and personal memories. Falling in love with a girl in the summer school break and your sweet voice clearly singing out those beautiful lyrics really got to me I was hooked on everything you sang ever since. As to "We Danced Anyway", when I first saw and heard your official video, I was instantly whisked back to the several times I had been to Puerto Rico while in the Navy when I was much younger. So I have basically had a crush on you ever since way back then and what is somewhat weird about that is, apart from you and maybe 2 or 3 other CW artists, I am not a stereotypical CW fan. If anything, I mostly identify with classic rock from the 70s and 80s. Nonetheless, will never stop listening to your pure voice as you perform. Maybe one day when this whole Covid thing is over, I'll travel down south somewhere to experience the joy and thrill of seeing you perform live on stage!!!
