I took a photo of a truck all marked up for a family firm in Yorkshire that was delivering water to Basrah Airport in 2005 and sent it to them.
Got an email back thanking me as it had been stolen several months earlier, and the insurance company accepted the photograph as evidence and was finally going to pay up!
