Recipe (2 servings):
2 tbsp oil
2 mini potato
1/2 carrot
1/4 onion
2 curry cubes (hot flavour from S&B)
300-400ml water (I used about 1.5 cups of water)
Optional:
Vegan chicken (@happiee.sg )
2-3 tbsp vegan cheese (@violife_foods )
Sesame seed and corn for the rice ball 🐣
Heat up 2 tbsp of oil and sauté the potato, carrot, and onion for awhile before adding in the water. Close the lid and let it boil. Cut the curry cubes into smaller pieces and place them in the pot once the water has boiled and mix it well. Once the vegetables has softened/cooked, add in the vegan chicken and cheese, and wait for the curry to boil ag
