Shortly after departure, the flight crew reported an engine malfunction. Subsequently, the aircraft ascended to a maximum altitude of 1,630 feet (500 meters), during which the remaining engine, which was functioning normally, was mistakenly shut down. This led to a loss of altitude, followed by a sharp left bank and a collision with a taxi on the Huandong Viaduct, causing additional injuries, before striking the viaduct itself and ultimately crashing into the river below.
