Wills offensive numbers have dipped, but he went from A below average catcher defensively to Elite. Pretty sure he had the highest caught stealing pct this yr, I watch every game-I honestly don’t remember last time a runner beat him. And he’s still clutch AF. And he’s been calling an absolute beast of a post season. Dodgers tied the all time post season innings pitched record with 0 runs scored at 33 innings straight last night. Pretty sure the last runs the Dodgers gave up was in game 3 when they gave up 6 in the second, but even that was fueled by Rojas trying to be Superman while injured botching a tailor made inning ending double play, otherwise they’d have given up 3 runs in roughly their last 40 innings pitched.
My boys are playing with an entirely different level of confidence, grit, and anger. Their past 3 games might be the best 3 games they’ve put together all yr..

Good list other than that I wouldn’t put Willson Contreras in the elite category. In my opinion, catcher is the position where defense is most important. There’s a reason why players like Victor Caratini and Jose Trevino are still starting. I would put Willson Contreras in the all star category.
