I think the problem with super fly and cheap trick is that they were made with the intent of stopping the part 4 Jojo. They are however super good at keeping their target locked down. For instance, if Rohan didn't know about the ONE STREET IN A CITY THAT CAN DRAG YOUR SOUL TO HELL, he would probably be trapped in his house as a recluse with no social interaction but Cheap Trap mocking him until he died.

It’s ability is that it causes harm and can kill the target but U would need to cause self harm in order to inflict damage to the enemy and kill yourself in order to kill the enemy
