The end of the video we hear a voice expressing "Oh" in apparent reaction to the glow along a weld line at the bottom of the reaction box. I would guess that this means a hot spot at that location is unexpected in steady state operation and they had to shut down to avoid another breach of the containment as we've seen in prior videos.

Pure guess here. If the DoD visit last week did not go well, Mills would not be feeling giddy enough to produce a video with such a title. Typical human reaction to rejection is to become sullen. He may not be at liberty to disclose anything about the meeting, and that could be construed as good news as well, and that's about as far out on this limb as I'm going.

Waste not H2O, want not H2O. We're still going to need energy storage. Storage is a constant of life. BLP says the suncell can last 20 years running
24/7. With energy storage it will last a millennium and our water will last to the end of Days. But this will mean the starter system must be fast. Split second energy delivery like a capacitor.
