I think this thinking it’s too simplistic for a person who hasn’t experienced real addiction. Smoking, drugs, abuse, all have claws like roots that go deep into childhood issues. Until that is addressed, no amount of distraction, or nicotine patches work. Just speaking from experience. Thanks
