It’s hard to tell how loud your machine is from this recording, but the only time I can ever hear mine is when a disc is inserted and spinning up, otherwise it’s effectively silent.

Switch to PC gaming, I know console is cheaper but long term PC gaming is actually worth it. And you can still access Xbox game pass on PC as well as no pay wall to play online.
But I do admit that the noises are strange, maybe is the CD reader, or a fan try opening the Xbox and see if it’s clogged with dust, usually that’s what my PS4 normally sound like when is full of dust. Sorry if it didn’t help ☺️
